A 6-month Leadership Program designed to give you the foundation to be a whole/healed leader first, who then leads others in their process of lasting healing. Follow Jesus' lead in 'setting the captives free' and 'binding up the wounds of the brokenhearted' as you learn to lead others on a journey of healing and freedom through the power of Inner-Healing & Deliverance Ministry.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
MONTHLY GROUP MENTORSHIP CALLS (6 months) :
You don't have to walk out your journey of personal transformation and leadership equipping/commissioning on your own. In fact, with the help of the Holy Spirit's leading, your leadership journey can be nurtured through the guidance of a mentor who will keep you accountable, provide the exact tools necessary for growth, and give you the support you need throughout each phase of your development.
A clear learning plan guided by the Holy Spirit will help you address any hindrances you may encounter as you step out in faith in the ministry of reconciliation. You will also be connected with other Spirit-filled leaders and guest speakers who can support one another in the joys and the struggles of daily life and inner-healing and deliverance ministry, so that you can serve from a place of peace and victory as you prioritize growth and intimacy with God. The community of women you will walk this out with will be deeply transformational as you build Christ-based, authentic friendships.

This process of growth, equipping, & transformation is intended to be very relational and based on the model of discipleship. The additional access to your mentor as well as other leaders between group sessions will allow you to receive the support you may need as you begin to grow in your knowledge and experience in inner-healing & deliverance ministry.

1 INDIVIDUAL INNER-HEALING SESSION:
Inner-Healing allows us to ask God to set us free from the lies we might believe, heal from painful wounds that are holding us back from walking in our identity, find the power to forgive, and walk away with a new sense of intimacy with God, which in turn allows us to show up and be who we need and want to be for our families, in our relationships, and our leadership roles. You will participate in 1 individual inner-healing session during the first phase of the program so any areas that may be problematic as you begin to lead others is addressed first. No matter what level of leadership we find ourselves in, we are always in a posture of receiving and pursuing continued healing and growth as leaders.
HANDS-ON PRACTICE IN INNER-HEALING & DELIVERANCE SESSIONS:
The last phase of the program is designed to give you hands-on practice through live inner- healing sessions. By the end of the program, you will have co-led at least 1 Group Inner-Healing Session & 1 Individual Session. There will also be a space for debrief and reflection following these sessions.
OPPORTUNITY TO BE CERTIFIED AS A DELIVERANCE & INNER HEALING MINISTER:
The program is designed to lead you towards the opportunity to be certified with Oaklee Collective as a minister. PHASE 1:
Personal Healing & Foundations in Deliverance & Inner Healing Ministry
(2 months)
The foundation for being an inner healing minister involves us addressing our own healing alongside our own learning of how to minister inner healing to others. This phase is designed to walk you through the basic concepts and tools used in the inner-healing ministry. We focus on leadership development, group and individual session facilitation skills, personal etiquette, introduction to trauma-informed counseling skills, being led by the Holy Spirit, and staying healthy as a minister. Will also include introductory teaching on ministering deliverance.
Tasks During Phase 1:
- Go through half of the pre-recorded course material
- Submit weekly homework submissions/reflections and read "Freedom Tools" by Reese & Barnett
- Receive ministry in 1 personal inner-healing session
- Live monthly leadership calls (2nd Tuesday of each month at 4PM PST/7PM EST)
PHASE 2:
Observation & Intercession
(2 months)
Once you have completed the majority of the course work in Phase 1, you will move on to Phase 2 where you start to engage in hands- on training and equipping as a minister. You will join at least 2 group inner-healing sessions to observe, intercede and share with the session leader what the Holy Spirit is revealing to you during the inner-healing process. The goal is to engage in the same process in 1-2 individual inner healing sessions also. There will be opportunities to debrief, ask questions, and go deeper in your learning with your mentor. This phase is key in preparing you to ministering independently.
Tasks During Phase 2:
- Complete the pre-recorded course material
- Submit weekly homework submissions/reflections and read "Unbound" by Neal Lozano
- Observe/Intercede during 2 Group Inner Healing Sessions and at least 1 Individual Inner Healing Session
- Live monthly leadership calls (2nd Tuesday of each month at 4PM PST/7PM EST)
PHASE 3: Practicum
(2 months)
Phase 3 is your practicum/internship where you will begin to apply what you have learned in the program as you minister to others. You will continue to have access to an inner-healing mentor to support and guide you through the process as well as an opportunity for ongoing support after completing the internship. When you have finished your internship, you will have the skills to be able to be able to start ministering to others and will continue to have the option to remain connected to a mentor and network of inner-healing ministers. We will also take time to celebrate your hard work and commission you into your Kingdom calling!
Tasks During Phase 3:
- Co-lead 1-2 group inner healing sessions & debrief
- Co-lead 1-2 individual inner healing sessions & debrief
- Lead 1 intercession meeting
- Attend LIVE monthly leadership calls (2nd Tuesday of each month at 4PM PST/7PM EST)

Here are a few answers to common questions
What if I can't afford the program?
I believe that God provides us with solutions and provision for anything that He calls us to do. But He also requires us to walk in faith, and trust that He will come through for us if we are obedient to His call. I believe this is also about stewardship, and investing in something that will lead to breakthroughs and healing that will ultimately change your life, your children's lives, and your grandchildren's lives. It's a pretty big deal and it is important to God.
If you were to pursue help from another Christian or secular mental health professional, there would be a cost for their services. What I am offering is a holistic, God-centered, Holy- Spirit-led healing model that will make a difference in your life and I believe there is a high value attached to that.
Do you offer refunds?
I don't. I'm offering my time and experience from both the mental-health perspective (I have a Master's in Social Work) as well as from my experience working with survivors of trauma. I've also walked through a lot with God in my own healing and growth journey and have had the privilege of being mentored and poured into by many wise and experienced women of faith. I believe if you walk out this journey and dedicate yourself to the process, that you will see God move in your life and you will experience a newfound freedom in Him.
If you are hitting roadblocks though and feeling lost, I am absolutely here as a resource in that scenario. Please reach out - I am here to serve you and help you get on the right track if you're questioning your investment.
Please don't invest unless you are serious about your growth. You are also responsible for the whole investment if you choose the payment plan option. Can you guarantee that I will be restored and healed or that I will be fully ready as a minister?
My foundation for anything I do with Oaklee Collective is from God's Word, what He has spoken to me, and what I know about His character.
Jesus said this: "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly." I believe that God desires abundance and healing for all His children, on all levels- spiritually, emotionally, and even physically. That is why Jesus came to die on the cross for us.
He also has a time and a season for everything and I can't predict what this next season will look like for you. Each of our journeys are so unique. However, if you dedicate yourself to this process and open your heart to Him, I believe He will show himself to be faithful and He will bring newfound wisdom, healing, and restoration to your life, because that's who He is. However, taking responsibility and showing up in our healing & leadership growth journey is up to each one of us, and only you can decide if you are ready for that.
If there's an area outside of my role or expertise, I will do my due diligence to refer you to people or resources who can help in that particular area. I also prayerfully consider each applicant who comes my way and review each application with care to make sure that what I'm offering is suited to address a person's needs and desires.
What if I get behind in my coursework?
The program is self-paced and tailored to your needs, so getting behind really isn't a thing here. You have lifetime access to the program so you can come back to it whenever you like.
My life is really busy. Is this the right time for me to pursue my growth and personal healing?
I think this is a personal decision that you need to pray about. Having said that, life is always busy and there will always be a reason to say no to something that requires faith, dedicated action, and getting out of our comfort zone.
The question is, what will your life look like if you don't choose to pursue this? How much more time will you spend trying to overcome things on your own, the way you have always done them, only to find yourself discouraged and struggling again?
I think it's important to think of what it will cost you in the long run if you choose to delay your healing process. If God is calling you to this, I think it's important to decide and plan on how you will prioritize this season to experience the maximum benefit it can provide.
What are your qualifications and experience?
This is a great question. As far as my education, I have a Masters in Social Work with an emphasis on working with women and children in the mental health field. I have worked with people from all different walks of life and have had the honor of walking people through really hard things including addictions, mental health crises, homelessness, trauma, people questioning their faith, abuse, relationship issues, and more. I was also a missionary in Mexico for several years and worked with women being healed from trauma.
I have mentored many women in their faith journeys and have received inner-healing for myself and have ministered to people in this way also. I have also attended Inner-Healing training sessions and have been mentored by several amazing women who showed me the value of partnering with God to help people be free.
I also believe that this is a calling He's put on my life and that he continually equips me to do what He's called me to do as I partner with His purposes and plans.
Initially, I thought I didn't need inner healing because I didn't come to the table with any 'big' trauma. But going through the sessions has given me the chance to slow down and listen to Jesus. After inner healing, I had a deep sense of unlocking. Now when I'm feeling fear or shame, the Spirit can encourage me and bring these moments to mind to remind me of the work that God has done and is doing in my life.
